Net‑0 Fuel Bioethanol Subscription Terms & Conditions (Australia)
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern the Net‑0 Fuel Bioethanol Subscription Service operated by Ignition Works Pty Ltd ABN 37 679 152 133 (“Net‑0 Fuel”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of Net‑0 Fireplace Bioethanol Fuel according to the selected subscription plan and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscription Plans
Net‑0 Fuel offers recurring delivery subscription plans for Net‑0 Fireplace Bioethanol Fuel cartons.
Subscription options may include:
• Monthly deliveries
• Bi‑monthly deliveries
• Seasonal delivery schedules
Each subscription includes the specified quantity of Net‑0 Fuel bioethanol delivered to the subscriber’s nominated address in Australia.
Subscription plans and pricing may be updated from time to time.
3. Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are automatically billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout.
Billing occurs:
• Monthly plans – every 30 days
• Bi‑monthly plans – every 60 days
• Other schedules as specified at purchase
Payment will be automatically charged to the payment method stored at checkout.
If payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend the subscription until payment is successful.
4. Pricing
Subscription prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive or inclusive of GST as indicated at checkout.
Pricing may include delivery within most metropolitan and regional areas of Australia.
Net‑0 Fuel reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with 30 days written notice.
Subscribers may cancel prior to the next billing cycle if they do not accept revised pricing.
5. Delivery
Net‑0 Fuel bioethanol is classified as a flammable liquid and Dangerous Goods for transport.
Deliveries are carried out by authorised Dangerous Goods freight carriers.
Typical delivery timeframes:
• 3–7 business days for metropolitan areas
• 5–10 business days for regional areas
Delivery schedules are approximate and may vary due to freight carrier availability.
Subscribers must ensure that an adult is available to receive deliveries where required by the carrier.
6. Dangerous Goods Handling
Net‑0 Fuel Bioethanol is a flammable liquid designed exclusively for use in approved bioethanol fireplaces.
Subscribers agree that:
• The product will only be used in approved ethanol fireplaces
• The product will be stored in accordance with safety instructions
• The product will not be used for any other purpose
Net‑0 Fuel accepts no liability for misuse, improper storage, or use in non‑approved appliances.
7. Skipping, Pausing or Modifying Deliveries
Subscribers may:
• Skip a scheduled delivery
• Pause a subscription
• Modify delivery frequency
Changes must be made at least 10 business days prior to the next billing date via the customer account portal or by contacting customer support.
8. Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
Cancellation will take effect after the current billing cycle has been fulfilled.
Orders already processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the product and Dangerous Goods transport regulations, bioethanol fuel cannot be returned once dispatched unless:
• The product arrives damaged, or
• The product delivered is incorrect.
Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
10. Supply Interruptions
Net‑0 Fuel will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent supply.
However, supply may occasionally be affected by:
• Raw material availability
• Freight carrier capacity
• Regulatory requirements relating to Dangerous Goods transport
In such cases we may delay or reschedule deliveries. Subscribers will be notified where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Net‑0 Fuel is not liable for:
• Loss or damage resulting from misuse of bioethanol fuel
• Improper storage of the product
• Use in non‑approved fireplaces
• Delays caused by freight carriers
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Account Responsibility
Subscribers are responsible for ensuring:
• Accurate delivery address details
• Valid payment method
• Safe storage of delivered fuel
Additional freight charges may apply if deliveries must be re‑attempted due to incorrect information.
13. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with the Net‑0 Fuel Privacy Policy.
Information collected for subscription services will only be used for:
• Order fulfilment
• Customer communication
• Subscription management.
14. Changes to Terms
Net‑0 Fuel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will apply to future billing cycles and will be published on our website.
